Girish Kant (born on 30 November 1987 in Youvrajpur Vilaage – Uttar Pradesh) is an Indian cinematographer. Coming from a humble background, Girish was always fascinated with the camera. After completing his PUC, he joined Government Film & Television institute at Banglore. While completing his course, he started assisting Mr. H M Ramchandra. His work as an assistant was highly appreciated over there. Later on, after completing his course he approached Mr. Sanu Jhon Varghhse for work.
